While Branson is known for great entertainment, delicious food certainly comes in a close second. During our recent visit to Branson, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Florentina’s Ristorante Italiano.

Florentina’s Ristorante Italiano is one of the top ranked restaurants on travel sites. Offering authentic Italian & Chef created recipes that will have you so happy that you stopped in for a visit.

As you are seated, you are served warm bread with herb & olive oil dipping sauce. Oh my, I could make a meal of just the bread and dip! But don’t fill up on bread or you will miss out on your amazing pasta entree!

Looking for a recommendation to start off your meal? Look no farther than the Italian Nachos. Yep, who knew that there was such a thing – but it is over the top. Featuring a bed of crispy pasta chips, topped with Alfredo sauce, cheese, grilled chicken, olives, pepperoncici, tomatoes, and red onions. All of this has a balsamic reduction drizzled over it. YUM is the best way to describe it.

A Family Business

Florentina’s Ristorante Italiano is a family run business. We met with the owner during our visit and enjoyed learning about the family that owns and runs this restaurant. In case you didn’t know, most of the business locations in Branson Missouri are family owned and operated. There are only a few larger chain type locations.

Signature Creations Made Daily

When dining at Florentina’s Ristorante make sure to enjoy their signature creations that are made fresh daily. We were treated to the Fettucini Alfredo which is one of their fan favorites. Soft fettucini noodles tossed in a creamy (and homemade) Parmesan alfredo sauce. It was a warm comfort bite of creamy goodness.

We also enjoyed the Penne Arrabbiata which is pasta in a spicy tomato, basil, and garlic sauce topped with Italian sausage and Parmesan cheese.

And for dessert… oh the wonderful dessert options they offer. It was a tough choice between the Tiramisu, Spumoni Ice Cream or Creme Brulee.

From appetizer to dessert, you can feel the care that goes into the food and surroundings. It has a home like feel and setting. The dining area is nicely decorated and inviting.

Our group had a delicious meal and a wonderful time spent enjoying the fellowship. The relaxed feeling of the staff makes the visit so nice. Being able to relax and feel welcome goes a long way for me.
