Mango Smoothie Recipe
Whether using in a smoothie or eating with honey yogurt, these frozen mango chunks are awesome! Because of the high quality, these mango chunks whip into a smooth and wonderful tasting smoothie. Add protein powder if you need a little more punch to your smoothie or just enjoy the mango flavor.
1/2 cup Wyman’s of Maine Fresh Frozen Mango Chunks (you can also use fresh fruit but this really makes it easy!)
1/2 cup Yogurt (any flavor – I like the vanilla with honey)
1/2 cup juice of choice or milk (any type juice – I like to use milk with this flavor to balance the tartness out a little)
Optional: Splenda, honey or sweetener if desired
Also you can add a scoop (or 2) of your favorite protein powder and make this into a meal replacement shake.
Place all the items in your blender or smoothie machine and let it rip! It really doesn’t get any easier. Enjoy!
