2 Ingredient Fudge

2 Ingredient Fudge

2 Ingredient Fudge

Looking for a quick and easy dessert?  How about a wonderful fudge that is ready in minutes and only needs 2 ingredients? This is no joke – you only need two (2) ingredients for the best fudge!

Fudge has always been a favorite treat in our house. Making it however was a hit or miss for me. Either it didn't set up properly or it was too stiff and crumbled when sliced. Until now..this recipe is too easy and so delicious.

The best thing about making this fudge is that it is a dump and done. No measuring needed. You can't mess this up. The fudge is soft and chewy. If you are looking for a firmer fudge, play with the times in the microwave.

Ingredients

:

1 – 16 ounce jar Peanut Butter (creamy or chunky)
1 – can/jar Creamy Milk Chocolate Frosting

Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Directions

:

1. Dump the entire contents of both the peanut butter and frosting into a large microwavable safe bowl. Just spoon into the bowl, there is no need to mix.
2. Place bowl in microwave and heat on high for 60 seconds
3. Remove bowl from microwave with hot pads or mittens as it gets hot
4. Stir melted mixture until well blended
5. Once completed blended, pour mixture out and spread in foil lined dish (any size – the larger the pan the thinner the fudge)
6. Place the foil lined pan in refrigerator until set
7. Once fudge is set, remove from fridge and lift fudge out of pan
8. Gently peel off the foil and slice the fudge into bite size pieces

2 Ingredient Fudge

Notes

:

1. It doesn't matter if you use Creamy or Chunky Peanut Butter. Go with your favorite style of peanut butter.
2. Do not use the Whipped Frosting style. It will not set up properly. However, it  does make a killer topping for ice cream!

2 Ingredient Fudge

This fudge is so easy to make that it has become a staple in our house. Which is the one down side to making this fudge, it is addictive! It is perfect for a late night snack, last minute gift idea, and when you just need a chocolate fix.

Hello, any suggestions on what todo when the fudge doesn’t completely harden? I did add some milk due to the texture was a bit grainy.

I found out about this a few weeks ago and now my hubby wants me to make this all the time LOL. For myself I love adding walnuts and the children like it when I put in M&M or broken pieces of Oreo cookies.

Fudge making in this home is my teens speciality and he has collected different recipes since he was pretty young. I think he would enjoy making this for the holidays.

I can’t wait to try this out as we love Fudge and it would be fun to let Charlie make it for his Homeschooling class and we can give it to friends and family for Christmas.
