Bread Pudding Using Chick-fil-A Cinnamon Clusters
My crew loves the Chick-fil-A Cinnamon Clusters. We buy them by the tray and since these awesome goodies are best fresh, we were looking for a way to use leftover clusters. One of the girls suggested bread pudding…
Yes! Bread pudding using Chick-fil-A Cinnamon Clusters would be so easy! We whipped up the custard and reduced the time and temperature…YAY! These are so good. I have a hard time waiting for these babies to cool while my hubster likes them cold with a little milk poured over them.
Hot or cold… they are so simple to make and a delicious way to use the Chick-fil-A Cinnamon Clusters.
Ingredients:
- 3 Chick-fil-A Cinnamon Clusters
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cups half and half
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Cut cinnamon clusters into bite size pieces
- For individual servings, half a cinnamon cluster into each ramekin or use a 9×13 casserole dish and spread out cluster pieces
- In large bowl, Beat the eggs and then whisk in the milk, sugar and vanilla
- Pour over the cinnamon clusters
- Let mixture rest for about 15 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the custard mixture
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325 or until browned and bubbly. Custard should be set but not solid (a little wiggly)
Cinnamon Clusters are just one of the many items available on the Chick-fil-A catering menu. I save so much time each week by grabbing a couple of trays and having things on hand at home.
